Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer free worldwide delivery on all orders to all major countries, so the price you see is the price you pay, no matter where in the world you live.

Some countries require a door-to-door courier service in order for packages to be delivered successfully and so the free shipping option is not available. These countries include: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, UAE, South Africa, Brazil, and Kuwait.

 

For US orders, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.

For Canadian orders, shipping usually takes 5-10 business days.

For International orders, shipping usually takes 10-15 business days. An order can, however, take anywhere between 7-29 business days, but is mainly dependent on your location.

Please allow an extra 10 days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience.

Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days depending on demand. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as it’s shipped!

Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Unfortunately, due to shipping exemptions, if your country is not available in our checkout we are unable to ship there at this time.

We also cannot ship directly to APO/FPO, PO BOX or Parcel locker addresses. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at these drop-off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.

If your order takes longer than 30 business days to arrive during the non-peak season, please contact us by email at hello@mystylewatches.com and we will resolve the issue for you.

Please carefully examine your package as soon as it arrives. If any of your ordered products are damaged (whether visible or hidden) during transport, please report the damage to the carrier within 3 business days.

Transportation damage must also be reported to My Style Watches within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will have to send an email to support@mystylewatches.com and attach pictures with your product.

Because we want to make sure that you receive your products as soon as possible, sometimes we will make partial shipments which means that we will not wait to ship until all the products you ordered are available.

We also ship from different warehouses all over the world and that means that it is possible that packages could be shipped to you from different senders and different countries.

My Syle Watches cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Before you ship the product to us always contact us first at support@mystylewatches.com.

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please, also note that we are not able to refund sale items.

Payment Information

We accept every major credit and debit card including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Club.

We also accept PayPal as a payment method.

There may be a few reasons why your card has declined:

  • You may have insufficient funds.
  • Your card billing details may not have been entered correctly at checkout or your card has expired.
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment and they don’t tell us why so, we would recommend getting in touch with them for further information.
  • If none of these applies to you, please contact us at payment@mystylewatches.com.

Once our team processes your payment, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Yes, we accept any prepaid card that has one of the major card brand logos (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners).

Yes, we use 3D Secure as a system to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions. The system is used to prevent people using a persons details without his/her permission.

My Style Watches does not store any customer’s credit/debit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, all credit/debit card information is directly transacted in a secure fashion to our payment gateway providers.

We use Comodo SSL Certificate (which is now known as Sectigo)  to protect customer transactions.

SSL is a standard security protocol which establishes encrypted links between a web server and a browser, thereby ensuring that all communication that happens between a web server and browser(s) remains encrypted and hence private. SSL Certificate is today an industry standard that is used by millions of websites worldwide to protect all communication and data that’s transmitted online through the websites.
